At imolocale, we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Despite this, we know that sometimes you may want to return items that you have purchased. This Returns and Refunds Policy sets out our terms for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased from imolocale on behalf of our sellers, and also sets out when we will no longer accept returns or issue refunds.
Subject to the rules set forth in this Returns; Return Policy imolocale sellers offer returns for most items within 1 day of delivery; And within 2 days of delivery for Official Store items only (Returns Period). We do not accept returns, for any reason, after the return period has passed.
You may return products purchased from imolocale within the return period for the reasons listed below

We only accept returns of items unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging and seal intact where applicable, unless the item becomes defective after delivery or becomes defective after reasonable use (according to manufacturers guidelines where applicable) within the return period .
We do not accept returns for certain product categories for health and hygiene reasons Customer safety is important to us, so certain categories of products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, or if they may deteriorate or expire quickly. You are only entitled to return and refund in respect of these items if you receive the wrong item; damaged or defective item; or a fake or non-original item. You are not entitled to a refund or return for these product categories if you change your mind.
Seller is not required to accept returns unless items are damaged or defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery, and we do not accept returns for used or worn items, unless the reason for return is that the item has ceased to work or has become damaged or defective after reasonable use (subject to manufacturers instructions where applicable) within a period returns.
Items that become defective after delivery are not a reason for return

When returning an item for any reason, you must do so in the same condition that you received it from imolocale, with its original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly and not damaged on the way
You must not include in the packaging with the returned product any item not related to the returned item as originally received from imolocale.
You must delete and completely remove all personal data relating to you and/or any third party that may be contained in an item, and unlock any account that is likely to be locked on the item.
imolocale will not be held responsible for any items that were mistakenly included in returned packaging, or for any data breach resulting from failure to delete personal data contained in the returned product.
If we accept your return, or if you order and do not receive an item, we aim to refund the purchase price of the item to you within the time period notified to you by email.
For incorrect, defective or damaged items, a full refund of delivery cost of the returned products will also be given, once the return has been processed.
If the return was not due to imolocale's or seller's fault (i.e. you changed your mind or the size did not fit as expected) you will not receive a refund of any delivery charges. The refund request form must indicate the payment method(s) available to you for receiving refunds.
All items are inspected upon return to verify the reasons for return provided. If imolocale does not approve your return request, you will not receive a refund of the purchase price or delivery charges, and we will make 2 attempts to redelivery within 3 business days.
If both re-delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will promptly notify you that we will hold the item for a further 30 days from the date of initial notification. Our notification will include details of the pick-up location and opening hours.
If you do not collect the item within the required period, you will lose the item, i.e. the item will become the property of imolocale and imolocale may dispose of it in any way it deems appropriate, for example by sale, charitable donation, recycling or destruction.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
